SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
After we finish making your product we ship it the next day, delivery time might vary due to where you are ordering from but it usually takes 5-14 days.
Allow your beeswax candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle. For larger candles, this may take several hours.
AVOID DRAFTS
Beeswax candles are sensitive to drafts, which can cause uneven burning and dripping. Place your candle away from open windows, fans, or air vents to ensure a steady flame and consistent burn.
BURN TIME
Beeswax candles have a longer burn time compared to other types of candles. Allow enough time for your candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edges to maximize burn time and prevent tunneling.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials and out of reach of pets and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to bed.
